Pros
I've been here for a few years now and the management and directors have been great to me. They've helped me develop both in my carer and as a person. They're constantly looking at helping me progress and develop in my role and I'm really looking forward to the next few years!
Cons
I think it can be quite challenging to start with, but if you're willing to put the effort in then you will get the benefits from it. It's like every role in recruitment though, people that aren't willing to put the effort in won't succeed.
