Pros
This is a very enjoyable tutoring company to work for. It is comfortable to be there as the company has high emotional intelligence and working with students can be fulfilling. They are highly education focused and - pure speculation - may have aspirations of becoming a private school of some sort.
Cons
The downside is the low pay and very few benefits. You are expected to work at a very high level of professionalism similar to that of tech companies (which is good) but the compensation for tutoring is extremely low, in the range of $30k. Tutors' pay is limited by how much families are honestly willing to pay for one on one help. Most of the workforce seems to be recent college graduates and this may be their first transitional job. Rarely, some tutors are retirees. I would only recommend getting involved in this company if you wanted the busywork and didn't need to earn significant amounts of money to sustain yourself.
