Pros
Interview process was very thorough. Lots of questions about me, my expectations, school experience and past work experience. It was clear they wanted to make sure I was a good fit with the office culture. Lucky for me I was. This team works hard 4 days a week. I love the ability to either work 4 ten-hour days or a more traditional schedule. There is a lot of flexibility with this. I was not only promised a specific salary but many benefits. I received this all-in writing and the follow through has been great. All promises made have been kept. No real push from management for me to work extra hours. When I have pushed myself, I feel it is recognized. The office has great training available for staff. All PTO is lumped together so I have all I need. Culture here is a priority. My experience has been great.
Cons
Over the past 2 1/2 years (COVID years) the firm had some turnover. This is unusual for this firm. I reached out to my friends at other firms, and it seemed to be happening everywhere. On the flip side of this the new staff is fun, and once again we all seem to really share in the culture.
