Can be very hot in the summer. Also some people in management treat employees like servants and act like you should be super grateful to the company for even having a job. They think it means they can require you to work whatever hours they want at last minute. I worked in the warehouse for 5 years and the only decent manager is the man now. He is fair and rules apply to everyone the same but 1 person is not enough. The other managers have there favorites who get away with everything. Managers come and go there and there's no consistency. Last thing production group never gets the job done. They always hold everything up.
