Horrible place to work... dock forman- taylor mi - Dock Foreman AJM Packaging Employee Review

I was a dock forman for this company... no raises, keep hiring illegal Mexicans so they can keep the pay down.. when your up for your review they make sure you only get .25 or nothing at all. There is a forklift driver been there 9 years only making $13. That's how the raises are. Mexicans can miss work for days and get no points if an American misses work not only do they point you, management makes sure you know that you are replaceable and will go get more illegal mexicans The job sucks, no advancement opportunity unless you suck the plant managers butt
