      You will get chance to learn latest concepts as they are working on the latest trends. You will get nice environments in terms of colleagues and managers. Seniors will help when ever you at anything.

      Cons

      Some bad politics at very early stage of the company. Laid off many people with out any prior notice. Not job guarantee, if you are not working beyond expectations. If your salary too high don't go for it, because you will be the next target.

      Salary You can not take breaks and your RM will mostly checking your break timings every time you go out for a break You don't treat like an employee , it means you don't get proper response there are lof of Cons but I don't even want to mention more
