      Management is always very fair and just plain pleasant to work for. They support their officers and give clear instructions on how to be successful. Easy to reach a Supervisor at any time.

      AK Security is a good company to work for. The pay is weekly and always on time. It's easy to communicate with the office people, no stress.

      The pay rate can be different, depends on the job site.

      Pros

      Pay is always on time and office communications are always set high, uniforms provided for only $50 deposit shirts, jackets, hat good deal! Also I was provided duty belt with oc spray and baton and cuffs very great-full.

      Cons

      In past 3 years received raise only twice. Wish to get more raises hand in hand with inflation
