There has been no salary increase. There is noticeable favoritisms within the team. Additional workloads are frequently assigned that fall outside the Talent Acquisition remit. Many HR responsibilities are being redirected to TA, even though we don’t have an HR representative consistently handling HR duties. Workload is often added without prior team discussion or consultation. We don’t have an efficient or structured system to manage tasks; the process feels very manual and repetitive. There are no clear pathways for progression or promotion
