      Pros

      Decent pay when they pay you accurately. Allow employee to do their job without checking on them daily.

      Cons

      You do not get paid time off with Modis/AKKODIS. You do not get vacation days either. Both paid time off/vacation/sick leave should be negotiated with salary. The only company I know that doesn't offer leave or sick leave. Then when you sign up for health benefits and the company can get your health benefits/payments right, not a company that supports their employees 100%.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
