Very disorganized, many unqualified employees. No one gets recognized weather your are a strong performer or not. Managers and head of the company thinks they know it all while they do not go out in the field. One error from other employees gets everyone the blame or consequences. MASS LAYOFF WITH NO ADVANCE NOTICE . They sneakily deleted individual from the company teams chat , block from email / work accounts and then call the individual over the weekend
