Uneducated HR with worst policies - SAP Consultant AKS Software Employee Review

Company doesn't deserve CMMI level 1 .I can assure you that I doubt they even know full form of CMMI . No actual policy which can be trusted.they change in every case as per their benefit. SAP HR has Bihari English accent with no knowledge of word pronunciation. you can't bear their English for 5 seconds and they are leading HR work for SAP. no work ethics .Everything is still done on paper.outdated technology.You can go out of office for max.15 min in a day.if it increases your salary will be deducted .They have their ways to show their profit.Onsite will be Ebola countries. You have to wear a tie daily like a salesman.i didn't find 1% good this company and management .Moreover , they are not even trying to improve or getting any feedback that why they are getting so many negative comments.
