Pros
Pays decent and overtime, upper management did acknowledge progress sometimes
Cons
Supervisors and some managers could not balance the employee work load. I would notice one employee would be trained for a short amount of time and then be let loose on their own, kind of learn as you go. Ive also notice alot of favoritism in the work place, come to find out a few employees were related. With that said I've seen some employees work loads get heavier due to the related employees slacking. I've noticed the related employees would get a good training buddy system vs the non-related half day training. The damand of product is hard to meet, due to the machines failing. Most of the mechanics failed to keep the machines running smoothly and would create downtime not allowing numbers to be meet.
