Pros
The health insurance is great and the PTO. The training is good as well. They introduce the new employee to everyone in the company
Cons
They need to realize people will continue leaving if they are not being heard. They are very clique, and care very little about what the employee has to say. The sales and service side at Gurnee say it's a "revolving door" but that is only because no one likes working there and want a way out. If you complain to a hire up they ignore you and go laugh to the other manager about you.
