Pros
The workplace was for the most part professional and the standards were kept relatively high. The pay was above award standard and the support services were great.
Cons
Middle and upper management were plagued with infighting and the managers didn't know how to keep their stresses to themselves and keep staff motivated and happy. Everything was about how much money was being pulled in and how they was quantified to staff performance rather than management performance.
