It's very difficult to cultivate a career in an environment where the Senior Leadership:
- Pay bonus's late (six months late last year) or not at all due to redundancies being announced just as they're due (this year)
- Are unable to trust employees to work remotely until it became financially necessary for the company to reduce costs
- Offer 'stock options' to staff in order to recompense for the below par benefits offering (no private healthcare provision, minimum pension contributions) - which you cannot have any information about as they don't really exist
- Organise and pay for staff nights out, summer and Christmas parties, then promptly lay people off without really considering the optics
