Has all of the Toxic Five attributes — disrespectful, noninclusive, unethical, cutthroat, and abusive — that poison corporate culture in the eyes of employees. It has corporate cultures with hundreds of flaws — including risk aversion, excess bureaucracy, insularity, and an impersonal feel. CEO unapproachable even most of the SLT are yes men who are too scared to contradict him for fear of reprisals CEO has no people management skills Pre revenue but hideous amount of investors Money just frittered away. No loyalty to staff Timelines way too tight Poor management - Lack of direction from management who don’t know what’s going on most of the time. Nepotism CEO like the captain of the titanic Use them and abuse them attitude Staff paid ridiculously high wages to try and retain them, but in the end the toxic culture is just too much for them. Many Employees feel disengaged. Not a good place to work if you value your mental health and want a good work/life balance. HR singing and dancing in office when redundancies have been announced. HR asking people to write good reviews to balance out the truthful ones.
