Pros

Needed services. Great mission. Patients & families need help and are the life of the job. PS opportunities.

Cons

Poor CEO and management. Extremely unethical behavior from management to employees, specifically CEO. Co workers crying in the office after speaking with CEO, yelling in public and in front of patients at staff, etc. Unrealistic expectations for employees who work 40+ hours a week and do not just slack off. No recognizition or opportunity for personal growth. Management consistantly degrades and belittles individuals personally and micromanage work. No HR support or supportive guidance from management or CEO. Emotional abuse and harassment are increasingly prevalent for those that management does not “favor” and those who are favored are extremely noticible. Do not work here if you value your self esteem and work ethic. Work not commensurate with salary, poor insurance benefits, unethical working conditions.
