There are a lot of really good people and talented people working for this company and it still feels like an extended family.
Cons
Inexperienced senior management in ancillary departments (Sales, HR, IT). Company is growing quickly via acquisitions leading to people in roles they aren't prepared to handle leading to a lack of focus on employee welfare.
