      Limited opportunities , limited career development or movement. Super repetitive work. They often lay off people when business is low. Turnover rate is super high.

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
