The worst company culture I have ever seen. Bullying is commonplace. You will only be treated fairly if the managers have taken a fancy to you. This company knows the loopholes to break employment law. Coupled with poor working conditions, low pay and frequent discrimination, this makes it a place to avoid at all costs.
