Yet they exist in the organization and thrive while key members quit. 4) Highly skilled boot licker is the highly appreciated candidate in terms of salary hike, promotion, availing leaves without applying in portal, work from home, no questions for lack of productivity etc, while the one who works sincerely is deprived of all this luxury.
