First of All This is My honest review. Most of the Positive review of AMWebtech is fake and forcefully Ask to submit to their employee. Actually This is not a IT Company It's a Bond Trape Company for bound employee if employee want to left due to frustration of Toxic Culture and Work Environment then they generate thire revenue by asking to pay money to their employee. No Growth of skills.
Cons
There is many cons in this Organization Poor Management. Worst Company. Toxic Work Environment. Worst Policy (if you don't sign bond they do not giving you yearly appresal). Not good project for work, you lose skill set as well.
