      Some great people and opportunities to learn. Unfortunately not much else.

      Cons

      Top-down, autocratic leadership, toxic work environment, lack of collaboration, shame & blame and high anxiety work culture, protection of family members over high-performing and accountable employees.

      Pros

      Busy workplace. Great to work as a newbie in the industry. Lots to learn. Some good staff.

      Cons

      You'll be lowballed with your first offer. Systems are pretty prehistoric compared to other companies in construction. Workforce is pretty diverse. IT needs a complete rehaul. Employees have a lunch every month as a boost - Bottom of the barrel stuff.
