Pros
Nice to work with everybody here. Good managers and good associates. Overall, the work is easy, unless it's a really busy week, and you get the benefit of watching free movies in any AMC theatre within your state. It can be fun at times as well. We recently had a staff arty celebrating AMC's 90th anniversary.
Cons
The only problem I have is the computerized scheduling that they use. You might schedule yourself for 24 hour weeks, but they computer will only schedule you for 5 to 8 week. This does not bring in much money to the bank. This has been happening to a few other employees as well. There does not seem to be much the managers can do about it.
