As a cast member, you get great benefits by just working at AMC. Two free movies and a free regular popcorn per day. This theater, specifically, has a few pros: Smaller theater, less foot traffic, and friendly staff.
Cons
The cons of this theater is that they do not have a janitorial staff (floor staff and managers must work together to complete janitorial duties), and it can be difficult to request time off if there are popular movies being released.
