Pros
AMC offered a very flexible schedule which was good as a student and the work environment was very friendly when it came to co-workers and supervisors.
Cons
The work conditions can be somewhat oppressive on long shifts and the job can get rather boring. There is no challenge in any part of the job. The management is sometimes helpful and competent while at other times being rather hostile and stingy.
