Pros
You can get away with doing very little as long as you hire 1 or 2 people to do all the work.
Cons
Can you imagine going on medical leave and when you return, you don't even get a 'how are you feeling?' from both your manager or director. As a minority, can you image having the same job as 2 other coworkers, except you work 5 hours solo compared to them, getting a lesser raise than them, then asking your manager about it and she tells you, "life's not fair." Nepotism is celebrated, unprofessionalism is rampant, and quitting is the only way they'll promote you. Imagine telling HR this on your way out and they say "we know." I don't need to imagine it, as it's all true.
