      Guide in the initial weeks on how they want the work done.

      Cons

      Expect a lot of autonomy and self learning early on and pile on more work to interns than actual engineers making you stay longer hours

      Pros

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
