      Pros

      I've worked in film and television, journalism and public relations, and AMF Media Group is far and away the best employer I've ever had in any of those fields. Despite a workforce that is spread across the country, there's a true feeling of family and camaraderie among the staff and management. Everyone is an outstanding professional in their area of speciality and they all support each other, not hesitating to pitch in and assist with heavy lifts.

      Pros

      No company is perfect. But they can be great. This one is. The people here are what make the company stand out—talented, humble, and genuinely invested in both the work and each other. Collaboration is real, not just a buzzword. You feel like you’re part of a team that wants you to succeed, that takes great care of clients, and makes the work meaningful and fun.

      Assignmnents did not always have very clear directions. There was definitely some disorganization within the company.
