Great team and fulfilling outreach work, but limited PTO - Clinical Outreach Representative AMFM Healthcare Employee Review

AMFM Healthcare provides a very caring and teamwork environment, a place where collaboration takes place daily. This, paired with a supportive and understanding leadership and executive team, creates a healthy and balanced work environment where we can focus on the clients' safety and well-being.

Providing an overnight supervisor would be best to assist with both responsibilities and crisis intervention when this occurs.

My overall experience did not provide any standout positives worth mentioning.

Poor training and lack of support for employees. Work-life balance was heavily disregarded, and the workplace culture was negatively impacted by hostile behavior from executive leadership. HR management was ineffective and concerns were often ignored. Employees who were not part of the ‘inner circle’ were excluded, overlooked, and eventually pushed out of their positions. It often felt like clients were accepted primarily for financial gain rather than quality of care or service.
