Pros
-I never had sales experience and had thorough training
- My uncle passed, and I had to take care of my nephews, without questioning anything, the hr team took care of my absence. I had never worked at a place that cared not only about my advancement, but also about my family and their well being.
-Vanessa is such a positive and caring person. My husbands job relocated us to the area for the year, so I was rather new when I started working there. She suggested some places close by that were reputable to live. She always goes above and beyond for people, I didn't realize she was the CEO until my second day working in the office. At my last job in Hunstville, I saw my marketing companies CEO once in the duration of 3 years.
-My corporate trainer had catered my training period to areas in which I needed more focus on. Became more of a mentor and a leader in my eyes during my stay at AMI.
-The personal development that I gained working at AMI is something I was able to transcend to my new place of employment.
Cons
-They do promote from within, that being said, they are mainly in southern points of Florida and central Florida. I relocated to Jacksonville when my husbands year contract was up in Fort Lauderdale, therefore I was unable to transfer to another AMI branch.
-I was initially looking for something part time and they only have full time positions.
