Pros

Perfect company for self-starters. High-performers all around, great for those with a friendly competitive spirit. Pays well for your efforts, rewards your performance. Everyone supports one another and are there should you need them. Most importantly, I haven't been in one company meeting that was irrelevant or ran long unnecessarily. HUGE respect for your time. Accessible leaders at every level. Feedback encouraged and given with the same trust and transparency. Work-life balance is highly encouraged. 100% remote. Still plenty of opportunities to connect with co-workers + company retreats!

Cons

It may take some time to shed your "corporate" self and trust that this isn't "too good to be true" Also, spreadsheets :p
