      They really care about educating you and take the time to make sure you know what you are doing.

      Cons

      When on call if you work day shift the last call is at 3pm if they need you or not.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
