      Paid holidays , pto, some of the staff.

      Cons

      Again some of the staff. Never a clear direction. Some of the Dr's loved to place blame on our specific section of the department as an easy way to cover up their communication issues.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
