Pros
Good location. Easy parking. Staff helps one another. Good benefits except for healthcare insurance.
Cons
Poor administration. Eber since the nuns left this place is managed by MBA's clueless in how to maintain employees. Poor infrastructure.lowest paying large hospital in the chicago area. Would rather bring on agency personal then give their staff an increase or bonus. ER behind the times with an outdated structure. An OR built in the 70's and unable to handle new equipment. Constantly blowing fusses, A/C system constantly failing causing tens of thousandsof dollars in lost supplies.. Supervisors more concerned with their bonus then keeping long term staff members.
