Pros
Pay is decent and you can qualify for annual awards based on your achievement.
Cons
The upper management does not care about their residents or employees. You can get fired from your job based alone on hearsay without management even investigating or even discussing the matter with you. They fired one person from our property because he got hurt on the job and had to put a workmans comp. claim in. They work you to death especially if you are nominated by them without even asking to be the Property Captain for the Food Drive. I worked lots of overtime to provide activities for the residents and events to help raise money for the food bank without them paying. It is required that you do it and you get no support from management because they could care less, but you will not get paid for it and they do not care if you have a family. They will suck you dry and then let you go and move on to the next person they can find. They also are the most gossiping company I have ever worked for. I knew when a person in our office and other properties were going to get fired even before they did b/c management would tell us and they reason why. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
