Merit increases are minimal and not reflective of performance. Since I’ve been here, raises have typically amounted to just a few cents per hour, with the highest in our department being under $0.90. Even the most hardworking employees rarely receive top evaluation scores, making it difficult to be fairly recognized or compensated. Workloads continue to grow without corresponding pay increases.
Additionally, internal teams often fail to respect established policies and boundaries, which creates frustration and inconsistency in day-to-day operations.
