      Salary submitted regularly either at the end of every month, or the beginning of the new one.

      Cons

      - No contract signed with any employees - Salaries lower than market - No published evaluation criteria - False annual appraisal that doesn't match market condition - Management lies about presence of bonus in every interview. There is no bonus - Attendance rules gets changed according to management mood.
