Pros
Wonderful regulars, high intensity environment, great HR department, continued training and learning opportunities. Wonderful to us during pandemic
Cons
Low bonus structure compared to comparable businesses,low base salary s, high pressure, long hours,too much focus on guest reviews and not enough fixing. Many problems due to staffing, not because it was hard to find employees but rather due to unrealistic labor numbers
