The only Pro is that your the GM and you can use it for your resume. This company is very big on Tittles, and once you achieve a level, no matter what you say or do they must respect you becuase of the title.

The company is big on titles, no matter what goes on you must respect someone because of their title. Take it how you want. It might be a pro for some or a con for others.
