Pros
They pay you on time and give you PTO. A good place to start and get experience if you're interested in EMS hard to make a career here though.
Cons
The pay isn't near where it should be the corporate heads cut Corners to save pennies on equipment and CE training is scares. PTO also counts as your sick leave / vacation leave, assuming management will grant it.
