Pros
I've just recently started with the AMS, so there's not much I can share at this stage. So far, I'd say that the onboarding process is smooth and I like how it's structured. Only time will tell how things will turn out to be. I'll keep you people posted.
Cons
Basically the only con was a background check, which took two weeks to complete (it was way too extensive for the position for which I was hired IMO) and then getting temporary credentials to sign in to my work laptop (the IT department didn't send them to my personal mail box and my colleague had to reach out to them directly, because I couldn't access IT help desk portal from the work laptop). But then again, I haven't encountered any huge cons or issues so far. Again, I'll keep you posted people on how ti goes later on.
