Cons
No structure when it comes to management. Management also likes to play favorites. They allow weekends off to their "favorites". Employees are rarely held accountable for anything. Constant backstabbing between employees and managers, with managers often partaking in the backstabbing. There is no privacy when it comes to confidential information. You might as well tell the entire company your private business because one manager/owner in particular will share it with anyone and everyone. No paid holidays or sick time. $10/hr plus commission. You're lucky to make an average of $12/hr after taxes....unless you want to be unethical when selling then you can make more. The owner constantly gives away product without considering the bottom line. One owner/manager likes to degrade and put down employees during customer interactions, never upholding policy that the employee is trying to abide by, making that employee look like the bad guy in certain customer interactions.
