You can learn good politics

Noida office driven by the Manager’s wife not by manager. She has all access and she allowed senior to work from there while junior employees have to come office. There isn’t rotational shift while they promised you on the time of joining. There is no food allowance like to other MNC, manager provide Meerut special chickpeas and other shoddy material. No increment, no other perks,No salary hike to junior except manager’s wife and his favourite candidate got bonus, salary hike, best quality of sleep during the office time in his cabin. There isn’t reason to work there. They emphasised to employees to resign on the same day so that you never approach to high authority. They have only family to feed but others has no. This is my genuine review even this experience will not count in any company. There are only 3-4 companies where you can switch.

I work remote in a different state and can't join the fun monthly birthday celebrations.
