Learning curve increases exponentially with an exponential decrease in your health
Cons
Over burdened, management forces you to work over time everyday (usually till 8:30 PM ).Only the out-time matters to the organisation not the in-time.Over loaded with work.No work life balance and you are asked to work on Saturdays too.Salary will be credited only after 15th of every month.No proper leave policies. Work in this organisation = 20 times the salary you get paid. P.S : Don't believe in the positive comments written.
