Horrendous company - IT ANS GROUP Employee Review

Good colleagues, learned many things.

Conservative and its management system is rather outdated.

Car parking, feee coffe, autonmy in role

The work environment is incredibly toxic, with constant backstabbing and favoritism. Upper management turn a blind eye to bullying and harassment, creating a culture of fear and mistrust among employees. Leadership at ANS is abysmal. The SMT are completely out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the job and have no clear vision for the company's future. Their decisions are often arbitrary and poorly communicated, leading to a chaotic work environment where employees are left in the dark about important changes and company goals. Overall, ANS is a company with poor leadership which has creating a toxic work environment that stifles employee growth and well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering a position here to look elsewhere.
