Pros
Great place to work. Very intelligent people work for the organization. Glad they got rid of Dr. David, great move there. Interim CEO is implementing a lot of positive changes to build employee moral. Unfortunately, he is just interim until we get a new CEO.
Cons
They really need a change in their management. Too many military minded individuals. Good ole boys network, they hire a lot of their military buddies.
