Pros
Work life balance, good culture
Cons
No growth and pay rise. After a while you will feel stagnant. There is a huge disparity in pay for the same role and skillet. Few assessors are at a higher pay scale but whenever you discuss with management regarding you pay scale you will be confirmed that you are on the higher compa. Even if you are good at work, doesn't matter..you will be overloaded with additional skillet and no pay rise. Feels demotivated to see people with less skillsets enjoys more pay and exceptions Its important to be in good books of the managers to keep yourself moving without challenging anything. It works like this everywhere. If you want to stick here for retirement then it's a best place as of now. Just give the required output and maintain quality, else apply of ijp or move out. For some it's an amazing place but for few it's a nightmare.
