Pros
AP Cargo is a growing logistics company, no doubt. They have the best set managers who stay despite all the hardworks they are facing. Employees are well-taken cared of during travels and projects. There are quarterly incentives even. Free lunch everyday (mostly gulay). Christmas holidays are my fave since many pasalubongs/giveaways are given by AP. The president's family is really generous.
If one is looking for EXPERIENCE in logistics, AP Cargo is recommended. I'm gonna put that here at pros (even when this is half pro and half con), since the workload that an employee may have here can be very beneficial to build his/her character when it comes to patience, submissiveness, and the like.
Cons
No established job description; thus, employees have overlapping tasks and double handling of data. No employee morale. Memos are given very frequent without considering the whole line of situation. No system, really. There are daily, weekly, and monthly meetings--most of which are ineffective/produce minimal output for the company. KPI's are existent, but targets are not yet established. No seniority concept. Salary increase is #meh. Other benefits like healthcard, rice allowance, etc? #mehagain. Even managers do the legwork. NO TRAININGS, SEMINARS, ETC. FOR THE EMPLOYEES (kaya hindi nag-ggrow ang mga empleyado).
