Great facade not the best reality - Customer Service Representative AP Intego Insurance Group Employee Review

Management has their favorites and they make business decisions based off of it, even if the favorite pet didn't deserve it. No job security if you don't plan on kissing butt and attending all drinking functions. Poor work life balance and little too no career growth... Unless you're the favorite. There's also no training or support. They are not staffed to the size of book which means you'll be very over worked and stressed. You'll also be made to feel like you're failing the company even though they developed the model.
